Mecanum Wheel Transporter
OmniTurtle series heavy-duty omnidirectional transporter can provide 1~100t load capacity and can realize translation rotation translation plus rotation movement in any direction in the plane. It is often used in wind power equipment manufacturing train assembly aircraft assembly and other fields. Because of its omni-directional movement performance the operator can operate the transporter to lift heavy objects to achieve precise positioning docking assembly greatly simplifies the assembly process enhances the operability reduces the risk of assembly and improves the production efficiency. Omniturtle series heavy-duty omnidirectional transporter can give a good solution for some parts that are not suitable for lifting and carrying by traveling crane or parts that are difficult to lift indoors as well as heavy parts that need to be transported for a long distance in the factory.

The Omni-Turtle product family is offered with different series options for different operational needs.
HTB Series
Our OMNI-TURTLE HTB version is the most compact and base version for omni-directional movement with mecanum wheels. The platform is fixed and can be moved over the workshop floor with very high precision.
HTT Series
Our OMNI-TURTLE HTT version is a omni-directional transport vehicle equipped with mecanum wheels. The advantage of this type is the direct lifting mechanism which allows to pick and carry pallets in a fast and precise way due to its compact lifting stroke.
HTL Series
Our OMNI-TURTLE HTL version is a omni-directional transport vehicle equipped with mecanum wheels. The integrated scissor table enables payloads to be lifted with high lifting strokes.
HTM Series
Our OMNI-TURTLE HTM version is a omni-directional transport vehicle equipped with mecanum wheels and an active hydraulic suspension system for each wheel. It allows the system to become extremely precise and flexible.
