Twistable structure, stronger adaptability to different scenario
- The robot can be twisted, providing greater flexibility to tolerate module offset, while simultaneously eliminating blind spots in cleaning
- Jointly driven by 4 driving wheels and 2 guide wheels, the robot can climb slopes up to 30°
- The brush is driven independently, and the rotational speed can be adjusted automatically according to the working conditions
- Extra heavy brush density for module edges to address the issue of dust accumulation belt, ensuring more even cleaning
Global intelligence, more reliable for communication
- Equipped with intelligent obstacle-crossing and proactive posture adjustment functions, adapting to complex environments, and preventing stucking
- Supports linkage with SCADAs such as weather and tracker to make autonomous decisions and execute cleaning strategies
- The platform provides real-time monitoring of robot position and data, enabling on-site O&M personnel to quickly diagnose and locate issues
- Adopting the LoRaWAN protocol, enabling seamless roaming across the entire site, communication unaffected by location, enabling robots to respond within seconds
Lightweight structure, more friendly for modules
- The entire robot is lighter, low aerodynamic drag. Weighing 20% lighter than the industry average, reducing module bending
- The docking station supports mechanically windproof, which can resist wind speed up to 55 m/s, and supports emergency stopping during operation
- The brush filament is made of UV-modified PBT. Degradation rate of modules caused by robots <1% after 20,000 times cleaning
