Main Functions

The equipment is special CNC equipment for machining circular arc angles on copper busbars in two directions, including the busbar width direction and the busbar thickness direction. It adopts X, Y and Z three-axis servo numerical control. The spindle motor is a servo motor, with spindle speed of 0 - 6000 rpm. It is equipped with an automatic milling fluid spraying system, providing a high-quality milling finish. According to the cutting amount required at each position of the workpiece, the feed speed is intelligently controlled in segments. The metal cutting fluid is automatically filtered and recycled.

The equipment can process the busbar thickness direction and width direction at one time to form an R arc. The equipment is simple to operate and requires no manual programming. According to the workpiece processing requirements, directly input the busbar width, thickness, and R angle value, and automatic processing can be started.

After the main parameters of the busbar are input into the intelligent processing program, the machine automatically generates the processing program according to the input busbar processing parameters, and intuitively displays the physical shape of the busbar processing on the human-machine interface.

Copper busbar clamping uses alignment clamps, including two-side clamping and up-and-down compression. The processing zero position and the busbar clamping end extension length are intelligently controlled according to the width of the busbar, with no need to manually adjust the positioning point. The equipment is easy to operate, has a high degree of intelligent automation, and offers stable and reliable performance.

The equipment adopts an internationally renowned brand numerical control system, which has the functions of closed-loop detection and error correction compensation. This eliminates the phenomenon of signal interference and workpiece scrapping caused by signal interference and single PLC programming open-loop operation.

The machine bed body adopts a welded structure and is effectively treated by high-temperature tempering. The equipment has good rigidity, no deformation, small vibration during work, and low noise. The equipment is equipped with high-performance large-specification linear guides and ball screws, and the workpiece has high processing accuracy and stable performance.
