PT Coil Winding Machine
PTW series Automatic PT COIL winding machines are designed and developed to wind HV coils of HV Instrument Transformers.
This machine facilitates winding of more than one coil simultaneously on a single winding shaft. Servo controlled system enables to wind the conductor and insulation precisely with the high speed and required tension. The progressive paper cutting unit enhances productivity due to reduced human intervention (paper cutting and pasting manually to coil is completely eliminated). The closed loop automatic gluing mechanism ensures the sticking of insulation paper between the winding layers.

MACHINE DESIGN
The machine is assembled on a robotic welded steel structure to accommodate all components and controls.
